depositor - seeding machine
The Dough seeder (seeding) machine is a precisely controlled machine for depositing seeds, dry oats or other ingredients onto the dough before baking. The speed can be adjusted to change volume of ingredient deposited onto the dough pieces.
The seeding machine includes:
- Spraying system with adjustable pressure and nozzles to wet the dough before depositing the oats or seeds.
- Ingredient depositor with adjustable flaps in order to only allow ingredients in a certain area
- Pan stopper to separate pans
depositor - flour duster
The flour duster was designed to be used with our Bun/Roll line but can be installed and used wherever flour is required.
The duster has an adjustable handle and lever to set the amount of flour deposited and also adjustable flaps to only allow flour in certain regions.
